2014 Citroen Berlingo mileage flashing and no bluetooth

I have a Citroen Nemo almost 5 years old and the mileage indicator has just started to flash as well as loosing Bluetooth connection. I have only done 54000 miles. Citroen have quoted an extremely high price for replacing the Telematic Bluetooth Unit. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem without having to pay Citroen this silly price?

Unfortunately without replacing the Bluetooth unit you wont get a fix the mileage flashing means it will probably need a service but there may be an ecu software update also
