Hi! Its was raining when I opened the bonnet and afterwards the lights and the wipers switched them self's on while the cars ignition was off.then after the car didn't want to start and the mileage went blank.please help,what could b the problem

Possibly a fault with the connections under the fuse/relay box.
If you not up to electrics call an auto spark.

sounds like you have got water in a connector somewhere
