Oil leak

Leaking from the top of the rocker cover gasket but not the top one the second one down oil is running into the top of the glow plugs was told needs new gasket then was told it doesn't use gasket I have to use sealant is this right

I use "Wynns" instant gasket maker,
You'll not use it all so be sure to secure the cap when done.
Or it's a pain to get the solidified plug out!!
