2002 Citroen Berlingo won't start or turn over

Car: Citroen Berlingo
Year: 2002
Variant: Multispace 1.4
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Have a Citroen Berlingo Multispace, never been a problem, 170,000 miles. Full battery (newly charged), but it just won't start. Does not even turnover. Tried rocking vehicle (to nudge anything into place, ie starter motor), tried jumping - but has full battery anyway. Checked wiring into starter motor, all ok there. Any ideas of what next?

Really not much in those,
Apart from the relay plate in the under bonnet fuse box,
But no fuses or relays as far as I can recall.
Key switch should produce 12V on crank which runs through the relay plate /box then on to the starter solenoid.
A power probe would be very useful here.
With that you can "Inject" 12v onto the starter solenoid to check for function there ,
Then do the same back at the relay plate and so on.
French wiring can self destruct internally so just looking isn't good enough.
So either get an auto spark or buy a "Power probe".
