2008 Citroen Berlingo horn and speedometer problems

Hi can anymore help the horn and speedometer on my Citroën berlingo are working intermittently some times they work and some times they don't. Any advice cheers?

1st off the speedo drive electrical connector is under bonnet on the diff so close to the engine bulkhead,
press the spring clip in then remove the connector and wd40 it.
As to the horn it's likely the horn button is faulty.
