Sounds like a classic fault with the BODY SYSTEMS INTERFACE unit.
you need this unit scanned.

I would get your battery checked.and also check for water ingress in the BM34 and also the ecu itself.
The BUILT-IN SYSTEMS INTERFACE is not always the problem,but they can be trouble.
