2004 Citroen Berlingo won't start

Hi all alive had my berlingo since Feb this year all worked fine clean van then one day got home literally ran in house for five minutes come back out van won't start engine makes all the noise but won't tick over radio won't come on none of the electrics work etc had diagnosis on it but doesn't read,
Has anyone else experienced this problem if so any help appreciated.

Check the engine bay fuse box wiring where it runs through the inner wing.
