2005 Citroen Berlingo pulling to the right

I have a Citroën bellingo van when steering to the left I get a noise like a spring compressing and when driving it pulls to the right.

Could be a number of things,
most of which need it up in the air to check.
Are both wheels/brakes free to turn?
And I'd be checking for a broken spring and the shock top mounting bearings.
Just about every other MOT fail I see these days has at least one coil broken off a spring.
Pretty easy to spot/feel,
the broken end is uneven/rough.
