2002 Citroen Berlingo wont start

I reversed off my drive then went to put it into 1st and it just died on me. I 4t it was my battery but my lights and radio still come on. I have jumped started it to see if it would do anthing but it did not. The coil lights up but when i turn the key it just dies again I really could do with some help please..........

Does sound like battery .The lights and radio use very little power compared to what is needed to turn engine .When you jump start you got to make sure connections are good and transferring full power , so often they are not .
