Strange Electrical Problem

Had a fuse blow the weekend when I plugged my phone charger in. Replaced the fuse Now:
Wash wipe stopped. Some warning light have stopped working, glow plug, ignition, oil and stop warning lamps.
Wipes work but only after I have driven down the road for about a minute. Push the wash wipe and wipers stop during the attempt.

Cant find any other fuses blown.

Could check this re. shunt fuse (under BSI lockup )
