1999 Chrysler Voyager suspected turbo not working

hi hope some one caan help my 1999 voyager turbo diesel seems to have lost all power from the turbo. went out in it and it missed twice to the point that the engine allmost stalled then all power was gone there are no engine management codes showng no pipes loose or split any ideas anyone thanks marcus

I don't think it the turbo. You might want to check spark plugs/cables.
