2002 Chrysler Voyager black exhaust fumes

Every time I accelerate my car spews out black exhaust. I have had the seals changed on the injectors but no joy. It has also lost a lot of power and is burning fuel at a rapid rate. Any suggestions

have the diesel pump inspected for timing as sounds like your pump is to far advanced
