2011 Chrysler Delta electric seat problem and not the fuse

Driver's electric seat has all the movements working except the back angle adjustment. You can hear the motor trying to shift it. It sounds different and does not move it.

If you cant get access to the motor , need stripping down the seat trim to see what's happening
