Tried any Chevrolet dealership ?

Tried Chevy customer care, as such there are no actual dealers anymore but they're owned by GM so therefore customer services points me towards Vauxhall dealerships. So far all have said they can't do the work as they have no access to Chevrolet software. I'm kinda lost as to what to do next
