2008 Chevrolet Blazer warning light on dash board and auto gear problem

After few miles drive when select drive to revers gear it's jump, and warning light comes up on dash board, plus when driving it is struggle to move, this things happen when engin is warm.

Drain auto gear box of oil flush and refill not sure about warning light but think it may be same fault
