If coolant leak and you can't find it , you will need a pressure test on cooling system which will show up any external leaks i.e water pump etc.A sniff test ( block test ) will let you know if internal leak like head gasket . All depends where head gasket leaks whether it mixes with oil or not .Normally other symptoms if head gasket gone like pressurising system etc .You can get probs with water pump and other leaks on that engine .
