Loosing power exhaust blocked

the car kept loosing power till didnt have enough power to start the car in first. exhaust was taked off the car and was blocked so we jet washed it out but within 3 month it did the same again started loosing power and then couldnt start car as not enough power to start the car in first so kept storling. exhaust is blocked again. i only do short journeys but didnt expect it to block so quickly. do you think there is a problem or is it down to me doing short journey

By exhaust blocked do you mean particulate trap if so there's a special cleaner you can get,but first check for fault codes in case there's an underlying issue causing this.
