No pressure in petrol tank

petrol pump goes continualy have changed everything including tank thereis pressure up to tank at return but none in tank dont understand how pressurised system works as there appears to be two vents on tank i feel that pump would stop if there was any pressue on it

Pump normally goes all the time if it is drawing air . Dont know the set up on that car , but you usually have at least vent for filler pipe and also a return feed to tank . Have you tested pump is lifting fuel o.k ?

dont understand your problem what do you mean the pump runs contiually its supposed to run if the car is running, do you mean it runs when the car is turned off? does the car still start and run properly?
