1997 BMW 3 Series no hot air from heater

iv got a 1997, bmw 323, its got digital climate, air con etc, the blower works, but getting no warm air, even after the car has been running for half an hour, ive checked the water, doesnt appear to be any water in the oil, all the buttons are working, the bars are working on the display, any ideas? thanks

Could be heater control valve . This give you an idea of the valve set up .
