Remote central locking and climate control not working!

My central locking key fob does not work, but the key works fine. It worked absolutley fine and then one day just nothing at all! Can anyone help me please? I Also have a problem with my climate control. The lights work, the buttons work, but no cold air is blown through the vents and only a very very low warm air is blown through the wind screen vents. I am in need of some guidance and would greatly appreciate anyones advice! Thanks
