2000 BMW 3 Series cutting while idling

When i start my car in the morning or afternoon after parking it de whole day the engine will run for 20 seconds and when the idling goes down, it starts shaking and sound as if it will cut and then after few seconds start idling normally, what could be the problem?

camshaft sensor/vanos problems possibly!!! or air leaks.
