No Crank Issue (Solenoid click)
BMW E90 2009 N43 2:0L
. Engine turns through 360 degrees by hand.
. Starter removed and tested independently – worked perfectly
. Battery brand new
. Continuity proved between ground battery terminal and starter housing
. 12v present between front positive and ground jumper posts
. Continuity across battery distribution board proved
. IBS sensor removed and fault remains consistent
. BST appears intact visually with continuity across the cable side sensor pins.
. No starter relay on this model (apparently)
Not checked – 12v not confirmed at starter via ignition switch connection

Possibly a fuse blown or as you have said check wire that engages starter from solenoid
