Central locking not working correctlyl

on the key button the car wont lock every time but will manually also wont open but courtesy lights come on when unlock is pressed but locks still locked is this a key/battery fault or more serious?

if int lights come on key remote ok the osf door has the main control unit in so id start there. could be as easy as adjustment on osf lock motor
