Power hood not working

bmw had flat battery put on new battery and used for 3 months roof will not go down even led light inside car will not show up checked fuses any suggestions before i take it bmw garge and spend loads ....

not sure but is there a manual override winder or switch to open the roof as there should be have a look in your owners manual or even a reset button for the roof
