Overheating problem

Hi there.. I have got a BMW 316i 2001. the problem is when I drive more than 2 thouand RPM the car start over hearing. And when I drive less than 2 thousend RPM the heat goes back to normal. and when I turn on the intorior heater with full speed, the engin heat comes back to normal. i changed the water pumb still no improvement.. even I checked the headgaskit, there is no problem with the gaskit…. I don’t know what to do now…

I would change the thermostat first, or possible radiator blockage if that fails, failing that i would go back to the cylinder head
