WATER LEAK

Hi, We have a leak from the radiator area after a new thermostat was fitted.
We are trying to find out the cause of the leak, does anyone know if its likely to be a crack in the radiator or a split in the hoses due to the car overheating before the thermostat was replaced.

if the car has a black plastic bottle running down the side of the rad and the water is coming from the near side of the car. thats the side close to the kerb when driving the side the bottle is then is very common. it will have nothing to do with the thermostat being done its just unlucky
