I believe is being caused by a faulty vacuum sensor on the brake servo unit but not 100% sure
Both faults could also be caused by wiring faults on sensors

Think it’s your brake pad wiring sensors ,when pads get low they run through the sensors which brings the light on,but sometimes you can also have a fault with the wiring
