Crunching when changing gear and car is bouncing as I'm driving along

2005 BMW 1 Series 2litre diesel
Car: BMW 1 Series
Year: 2005
Variant: 2litre diesel

Everytime I put my foot down on the clutch there's a crunching sound and every now and then I am losing power not totally it's just a little drop when I put my foot on the accelerator and then this week the car has started literally bouncing as I'm driving along I don't know what's shaking it but but it goes through my whole body to the point I can't drive the car now the only way I can try and explain it is it's like a waddle left to right so you're literally shaking in your seat left to right

You need to get it checked out ASAP . Too many faults to keep driving it . Clutch fault , engine misfire / lack of power , possible susp or steering fault or twisted tyre / wheel .
