Boot unlocking

my boot is unlocking itself all the time weather the car is looked or unlocked, its not opening fully but enough to come off the latch and have the warning light come up on the dash!
I can literally walk upto my car-check the boot-open so I close it then unlock the car, pop opens the boot so I close it, get in the car start it up and drive it 50 yards and pop opens the boot again!!!
can anyone help please???

Check there is no damage to wiring in sheath where it passes into tail gate frame and check lock assembly for any water ingress .
