After driving on the motorway for a couple of hours i lose all response from the throttle for approx a minute then the throttle works again normally, this has happened a couple of times now any ideas please

May well be throttle control actuator/postitioing switch playing up, as something has malfunctioned you should have a fault code stored, best to get a code read and go from there

Could be a fault with pedal potentiometer , could check wiring at pedal .
