2007 Audi A4 coil light comes on and loses power, no wont start

Last year the amber coil light came on occasionally and the car would lose considerable power. Eventually it would not start on one occasion and the garage said this is a problem with this model and changed an injector at a cost of 1000 euros, now it has happened again 4 months later, is this going to happen all the time?

Best to get it scanned , could be something unrelated to previous fault .
