Did you use copper grease on pads ? pistons all free ? sliding in calliper freely ?

good suggestion on the copper grease yes i have greased the sliding guides and the back of all the pads it almost sounds like i can hear each set of pads engaging one at a time ie clunk and milli seconds later another clunk ! i am just baffled do they need bled or is something wrong because they are working fine!

Brakes should not need bled after just replacing pads and discs .Sure it is brakes and not susp / steering clonk?
