I only get heat from the passenger side and cold from drivers side

when I run the heating system I only get heat from the passenger side and cold air from the drivers side even though the temp is set to high on both controls

Sounds like one of the flaps not operating due to faulty actuator / motor or linkage .Case of getting under dash to check it out .

It will have to go on vag computer to calibrate the system,
