Very surprised the dealership cant solve this but intermittent faults are hard to fix if you cannot replicate the fault , Not many options but to persist in pressurising Aston Martin and dealership for a resolution but very frustrating .

We have a 2021 DBX in Dallas Texas and our suspension has failed several times. Aston issued a software patch which apparently raises the suspension by .25mm. They raised us much more than that and the car now drives like an unwieldy off-road vehicle. Aston sold a car that roses one way and then aha yes it to a totally different ride and handling. Our dealership is great and they are working with Aston. Considering the lack of depth in their software engineering department I suspect they will say this is how the car is designed to work or push the problem off to another year.

I've had the same issue and the software patch seems to have fixed it but I'm not confident it will not happen again.
I've also had the windows not come down slightly when we opened the door and without realising that, shut the door and the window hit the door trim and cracked!
And now, the car locks itself intermittently when I turn the engine off and open the driver's door. If you're not aware that this has happened and your key is in the centre console where they have created a spot for it to sit in and you close the door, you're now locked out of the car with the key inside it!! This happened to my partner recently and AM's only solution was for us to go get the spare key that resulted in a 4-hour turnaround!!
