Very over priced compared to other local garages, standard of work is high but be prepared to wait for your vehicle to be returned. Used them 3 times and each time they gave same day return promise but have yet meet that commitment, the work they are doing has not changed from original assessment just their internal time scale. When commitment time has passed they will not provide another ETA on repair. I have the impression they will say whatever it takes to get you through the door even if they are unable to back it up.
Over all the quality of work is fantastic but customer service ,reliability and price leave much to be desired.

On the plus side the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, I believe they are a trust worthy garage, if they could offer standard repair rates and honour time scales they would be a great garage, as it stands if your vehicle in a hurry find a more reliable option. After 3 days of waiting I finaly had my car returned. That is the last time I used them in October 2010.
