A few years ago this was a premier garage who I would (and did) recommend to anyone looking for good quality work at reasonable prices. However over the last 12 months customer care has plummeted.Today I was accused of 'impatience' for daring to ask when my vehicle would be ready for collection! Customer care needs an urgent & rigorous overhaul
