Really great service, in depth knowledge of their business and a respect for customers and their requirements that is lacking in so many other businesses. Refreshing to talk to such informed and helpful people.

Winchcombe Garage has kept my family and a variety of cars safe on the road for many years.
I value the combination of reliably carried out booked routine and non routine work, MOTs, immediate action when possible when there is a minor but significant driving issue and a worried driver, the useful relationship between the several businesses on site, the efficient front of house office which keeps the customer informed about costs and other matters and a feeling that those who work there really like the work and want to provide a good service to new and to established customers.

I took my daughters car in for a MOT, we waited a few days before we were told that it had failed its MOT, this garage sends the car to other MOT stns, we thought it was carried out on the premises. We requested a quote for the welding needed to pass the MOT, which was not not provided after further days of waiting. We collected the car without MOT

I sent my car to be repaired to Winchcombe garage. They told me the car had been fixed and charged me £300. No sooner had I gone 100 yards down the road it was apparent that the fault had not been mended. Back the car went. They promised to repair the fault but, without my consent, sent the car to another garage for testing. The final bill came to £600 and , guess what?, the fault was still not fixed. I complained to the garage about the very poor service I had received. They were extremely rude. I subsequently sent my car to a more reputable garage instead. I absolutely would not recommend this garage. There are other garages in Winchcombe who will do a much better job, in my experience.

A very professional and helpful service from the front office to the workshop they always keep you informed of what’s going on and when it’s a big job give you the available options. I have used the Garage for years with many vehicles and never ever had a problem with any work whatsoever. A truly traditional Business with traditional Values and they clearly love what they do.
