Employ more people and offer better customer services. The owner and senior mechanic refused to do a MOT re-test on my car saying he doesn't want to be there on a Friday afternoon, he only wants to work 3 times a week and already have plenty of current customers, gone home with a Failed MOT certificate and had to look elsewhere.
