I haven’t used Dave Eddy recently but when I was in the locality he did a lot of work for me, all of which I was delighted with as well as the price. Good guy, reliable, trustworthy and honest. I would absolutely recommend him.

Quotes one figure then charges another, usually a lot higher commonly known as bait and switch which is against the law. Appalling time keeping skills, makes an appointment for you then forgets to let you know that he hasn't ordered the parts required. You turn up at the appointed time and he can't carry out the work. To add final insult to injury doesn't even let you know so you end up not only wasting time but money too.

Definitely not recommended, may be cheaper initially but for all the hassle and grief is it honestly worth it? I'd rather use someone competent that does the work on time and for the agreed quote given.
