New Street Garage

Not for the first time I took my car for a MOT and oil and filter change at New Street Garage in Horsham. Again very pleased with the service and affordable prices. Highly recommend to anyone.

First time used. Booked slot for MOT. Prompt and pleasant service.

Took car in for a replacement wiper stalk. First they tried to charge me £90 more than I was quoted after fitting a more expensive part without my permission due to their fault. They then argued with me over the matter and refused to take responsibility. After finally getting my car back, ive discovered two new faults. Rude and will not use again.

Having just moved to the area I was recommended to use new street garage, I just wanted to say what a bunch of really helpful people, being female I know nothing about cars, it was reassuring to have a lady on reception that actually seemed to know her stuff.
Really pleased with the work on my car at a very reasonable price.

They are a fantastic garage. So friendly and honest which is refreshing these days. They didnt take advantage of me being a female unlike many garages. My mot came back with a failure of headbeam being too low. But instead they fixed the problem and got it through! All my family always use this garage now. Always honest always sort any problems!

Have used this garage many times & never had a problem. Good garage, you could do a lot worse !

I have used new street garage for many years, and have always found the staff very helpful and friendly,and always really competitive on price, they always manage to squeeze me in at short notice even when they are fully booked.
I understand this is a family run business, which I find extremely reassuring in this day & age, as you always get an excellent service and a warm welcome.
My daughter also takes her car here as she feels a lot more comfortable as they have a lady who runs the office.
I would 100% recommend this garage.

my ROVER was towed into New St Garage on the 29th december although the garage was closed after aphone call which had been diverted to a member of the staffs mobile a mechanic came round to the garage, opened the garage and fixed my over heating problem it was fixed in a hour at a very reasonable price and allowed me to finish my drive to Coventry, top marks

I took my car in to be fixed despite being warned against going there. They gave me a quote which was high. The work went ahead in spite of this. I had to ring for updates as they were very communicative. They told me that they had found some other things wrong with the car and that the bill was another 25% on top. They hadn't though to tell me. When I questioned this the woman on the phone starting shouting at me. If i spend over £1,000 I don't expect to be treated like that! There's no cost in being calm and friendly. I have chosen to never go there again and my personal recommendation would be to do the same. Honest, individual mechanics are best that don't have the overheads and attitude. It was a nasty experience.

Needed a break fluid swap/upgrade for track time tomorrow, they managed to squeeze me in today, same day. Very reasonable price, helpful staff and I was able to speak to engineer attending to my Audi S4. Thanks, Al.
