I had hassle with another garage who would not honour the Bosch guarantee on a battery. Priory tested, discussed fitted a fuse and offered a solution and obviously knew what they were talking about. About to have them service a car as a result, a car that no longer goes to a main dealer so will see how they are on that work - may be back!!

Shocking communication from owner , lady in reception good to deal with, but gets information from him,
owner needs to buck up his communication skills ,would not use again.

We were travelling to the Triumph National in Harrogate when our Triumph Stag started missing and behaving badly. We chanced across Priory Motors. What a find. The proprietor knew exactly what the problem was and had us on our way in no time. We were truly appreciative of a garage that knew and appreciated classic cars. Rookie from the South!!!

Broken down and stranded miles from home, we chanced upon this garage. Michael and Karen were absolutley fantastic, offering tea, apple pies and a lift to the station to continue our journey to Manchester. Left our Freelander with them, and they pulled out all the stops to get it fixed for us to get home after the weekend.Thank you so much folks.

I cannot recommend Priory Motors highly enough. From the professionalism upon answering the telephone to the confirmation of price to the actual job being done.I had the Cam belt replaced on my Ford Kuga. Other garages that I had called didn't seem to be able to give me a price for the job. Karen & Mike are excellent - Very happy with the work.

I took my car to Priory Motors after having sufferd with two other garages searching for a fault that put the engine light on it took them just over 2 hours to report to me that they had found the fault and fixed it it cost me £96.00 more than happy to say the least I have read the last post about the garage being untidy they are having new workshops and car parks built and the receptionist said that they are having a problem recruiting staff as they are two men down

they had vehicle in for ages they could not fix it just a print out could be this that and other, very poor sevice took it elseware was fixed next day be warned,charge you lots for very little, premises were clutted and buildings unfinished overhaul i was dissapointed.
