I always go here. They're always helpful and very polite. They don't talk to me like an idiot, yes I'm female, but not stupid. I would recommend them to everyone.

hi i have used this store for many years its just so welcoming when you come in they always try to help you the best they can i have told all my friends at the pib about them and they all use them as i used to be a taxi driver in stevenage i always get trade and its much cheaper then most places in stevenage like halfords as they charge to fit anything but autorange never charge to fit a bulb/wiperblade or battery 11/10 for this store places like this are very hard to find these days.

As a woman I find motor-parts shops a little intimidating and am often concerned that I'm going to be treated like a silly, brainless girlie or even be ripped off. The man at this shop was so polite and helpful, I shall definately be going there again! He completely put me at ease, was cheaper than everywhere else and was not at all patronising when he offered his help.
