Took my car to a main dealer was quoted over £1100 to carry out repairs and get car back on the road. Someone I know through a friend recommended East End Tyres in Shettleston. Being from Cumbernauld I looked them up online, after reading some good reviews, we decided to take a chance and go through to Shettleston. From the word go they were helpful, they said they were family run, honest and fair. The girl was true to her word, she called me within an hour on my mobile giving us the list of essential and advised work required and the two prices - for all the essential work and advised work - it was £653.00 TOTAL - almost half the price of what the first garage told us. We were delighted as it was a second car for my wife. Due to East End Tyres were were able to get the car on the road and serviced. We are delighted and will use this garage for now on. Just wanted to write this though as I only went to them due to the other online reviews we read. So passing our experience on.

Have now used this garage a few times after being recommended. They are very helpful. They took time to explain what the problem was with our car. Found us the cheapest parts and showed us where they were on the car, then showed us the old damaged parts that came off. They didn't charge alot either as we called around to get a few other prices and everyone else was coming in at double the price. We will be booking back in for an MOT and Service next month. One tip would be that 0141 778 5831 seemed a better number to get through to them on.

Great service - very honest and reasonable. got my car fixed in no time. Has been to two other garages that couldn't diagnose problem. So will defo be back
