Just fabulous. Richard and his team spotted the problem very quickly and were crystal clear about pricing. Which by the way was totally competitive. I will be back. You guys are now my local garage! :)

My son just had a new clutch fitted to his Fiesta, very happy with the service Richard and his team provided they were nothing but courteous,John called when it was ready and we picked up a nice clean car . Will be going back for the MOT. Thanks guys

I've used these guys for a number of years, even before Richard took over. I have to say, the quality hasn't changed. Still a great, honest reliable and friendly service. I hope to be using them for many more years to come.

As the new owner of Moss and Hall Engineering I am very sorry to hear if any 1 is upset with our service. As a new face in the garage I understand that a few customers wouldnt like the change and im sorry for that. Alot of the origenal staff are still here including Roland. Our price havent change and our labour rate is still £48.00 per hour. (2.5 hours adds up to 120). We work to the highest quality as 2 of us now are dealer trained. All customers are rang first and explained the job and the price before it is finished. Rgarding the previous reveiew the customers old BMW needed a new fuse box, BMW price for the unit was to expensive so he advised us to repaire the beast we could, unfortunately when the customer come to collect a different relay had packed up. This could of happened at any time. once again I am sorry. We have a complaints and comments book at the garge which is filled with prase. We are open 5 days a week no job to big or small and now booking for MOT so you dont loose half your day waiting. Thank You for your time :)

Me and my family have been using Moss and Hall for around 6 years now and until a new manager join the team and steered the ship away from "getting the right job done for as cheap as possible" they now seem to be charging an extortionant amount (and getting things wrong) - £120 per hour labour plus VAT ! That's madness considering once they claimed to have fixed it the car didn't start, and took them another hour or so to figure it out.

It's a big shame, but I won't be using Moss and Hall again.

I have been a cutomer of Moss and Hall for around 20 years.never have I had cause to complain about anything,the guys there will always try and do the job, the cheapest way they can for you.

I can't see me going anywhere else to have work done.

ive used the garage for over 24 yrs and they are very honest people very
helpfull. and they charge fair prices for work.its very hard to find garages that are upfront and honest these days. but they have a old school
approch to honesty .i trust simon and his team 100% .when you find someone
like that i stay with them for life. good luck in the future and more success
