Car went in due to heater not working. They said it was the fault of the heater control panel and quoted us £359 for the part plus fitting and charged £105 for telling us this. Finding that very expensive we decided to source and fit our own panel but when the new one arrived this one would not work the heater either. The fault actually lay with a wiring fault under the dash. So we had bought a new part for nothing as the old one does work and we had been charged £105 for an incorrect diagnosis. Will not use again.

Took my mercedes in that had alaready be in at the main dealer ( they couldn't fix it ), these guys sorted the fault same day and were very good on cost. Highly recommneded. Friendly staff, great service. Will be taking car back if I have any other faults.
