Splendid service. Collected my car in the morning and had it back to me by 3pm, even after it needed a repair to pass the MOT! Very impressed.

Good honest service, very pleased. They made an effort to keep the price to a minimum and helped me understand the various options. Thanks to all.

Most unreliable service I've ever seen. Booked my MOT for last week with collection. They called me to rebook it for another day, I agreed. Next time they didn't even call me at all, just not turn up. Then rebooked after I called... Next week they took my car and made me an unrealistic qoute for £1000! I asked others in the area and they quoted me half of it with urgent service.
I asked them to bring my car back (still had to pay for their "service") and they declined, just told that they will bring it back at the end of the day. Without any reason.
Last year they also quoted me 3 times then the normal price and didn't get my car back even on the same day. I had to call the police and only get my car back another day. Without my permission or even call me to explain.
To get the details of the garage and the supervisory body's contact details took me hours! The customer service is just a parrot, repeats the same sentences, never answer to my questions.

I took my car here on a Saturday as i had a problem with my car. My horn and windscreen wash spray had both stopped working, they said they would look at it and give me a call back in an hour at the most as they should be able to fix the problem.

2 hours later i called them and they were still looking at it apparantley. I went to collect the car and they said they didnt have the parts to fix it, but it would be £45+VAT just for looking at it. They said they would phone back monday morning to let me know how much it would cost and to book it in for the following Saturday. Monday no call, i called and they said they would call back as the guy who worked on my car was on lunch, Tuesday no call, Wednesday, Thursday you guessed it no call. I am still waiting for a call but doubt i will ever get it. I will be taking my car else where and never using or recommending this garage to anybody.

I was recommended to this garage by a friend as I needed a service on my car. They were able to take the job on within a couple of days and completed the job on time and at exactly the price quoted. The staff were very friendly especially Coral in reception, who explained all of the things they checked. They even carried out an MOT free of charge! I will recommend them to my friends.
