We have used Pilgrims for all of our car repairs and servicing for the past year, and have been very happy with the timeliness, cost, and quality. A good local business who I would happily recommend.

I do my own servicing as does my son , we run various cars between us and use Pilgrims mainly for MOTs, we always find them totally fair, unlike some other garages who give you a cut price MOT, then try and rip you off for stuff that dosen't need doing, and they don't charge you for a retest when you take it back,totally recommend them.

I have used Pilgrim's Garage for all my servicing and repairs for over 20 years as do my Parents who still live locally. Now I live 25 miles away I still travel to Bures to get work done as I know they will only do what is actually needed. Sometimes they've even checked something out for me to give advice on the spot and not even charged. I would be happy to recommend them to friends or strangers alike. I have lived in Bures for 11 years and have always Pilgrims Garage for servicing and MOT's. I have never had an issue with the level of service that has always been excellent.

I have used this garage for the past 10 years and I haven't had a problem with them. I find that they are very reliable and very helpful. I have NEVER been quoted one price and then been told another price when the car was ready to collect.If they have found something other than what I had booked it in for they told me and I was able to book in rather quickly for it to be done. They even helped me with the simple car bits that you can do yourself and haven't even charged me. So I completely disagree with the other comment made.

I just wanted to say that before you go and use this Garage, please get you quote written down and signed. I was quoted one price on the phone (all in) and when I came to pick up the car, it had risen by £70, I disputed this and was made to look like a liar. I had no choice but to pay the bill, but now this garage has lost out on 3 services a year (due to my high milage driving), an upcoming MOT and 4 new tyres...Nice work Pilgrims garage!
