I booked my focus in for it's 3rd year Annual Service, I had booked by phone and spoke with the Service Advisor (Jason I think?) who was polite and courteous. He arranged for my car to be collected from my home address and to be delivered back within a very convenient time scale. I had rang around and I found there price to be the cheapest after price matching a previous quote. The car even had a wash and vac out which I was very impressed with. I would recommend them and I will be going back in soon to have a full set of winter tyres fitted. Nice to see people who genuinely seem to care about the customer.
