Motest is ok if u no yr vehicle is going to pass(basically if its newish) i have taken my vehicle to these of numerous occasions because of ease of locality and no prebooking. My vehicle failed and was booked in for the Monday to have 3 small matters rectified. They found another fault the same day which i asked them to carry out. It is now Wed afternoon and still havent received my vehicle. I have received 1 update which was Tues morn to let me know the part still hadnt arrived. I have called on numerous occations for an update and have recieved the same information over and over. As of this moment i still have no idea when my vehicle will be ready for collecting. I would advise them to contact the customer with information more often and ensure they are kept upto date on everything that is happening.
