Advanced Auto Centre

I recently used this company; Advanced Auto Centre and the service is appalling to say the least.
Firstly they never changed the brake disks like they said they would yet charged me for a new pair.
Secondly they changed my oil but left the old oil filter in there.
The prices were extortionate and in this day and age who can afford to pay for a service that hasn't actually been done.
The staff are very unfriendly and as a person wih a bit of knowledge about motors I was shocked about what I found out.
Definatley not worth putting your hands in yours pockets for!
I also had my car MOT tested here and it failed on numerous things which when i checked with another centre, they were questionning why there was a need to replace them.
